The Work
What This Service Covers
A fuel line is only as good as its sizing. A line that is too small starves the appliances at the end of the run, and the problem shows up at the worst moment, when everything is running at once. We plan each line around the full load it will carry, including the appliances you plan to add later.
Our crews install lines for South Florida builders on new homes and directly for homeowners adding a generator, a pool heater or an outdoor kitchen. Underground runs, above ground runs and conversions between natural gas and propane are all everyday work for this company.
Included in a Typical Job
- New fuel lines for new construction
- Lines for additions and remodels
- Underground and above ground runs
- Line sizing for present and future appliances
- Connections at the meter or propane tank
- Hookups for every appliance on the line

Good Questions
Gas Line Installation Questions
Can you run a gas line to one new appliance?
Yes. A single appliance is one of the most common reasons homeowners call us. We run the line from your meter or propane tank to the appliance, size it for that appliance plus the load already on the system, and make the final connection so the appliance is ready to use.
Do you install gas lines for new construction?
Yes, new construction is a core part of our work. Builders such as Minto Builders, Arthur Rutenberg and Cribb Construction have trusted us with the gas work in their homes. We coordinate with the builder so lines are in place at the right stage and every appliance connection is ready when the home is finished.
Can a line be sized for appliances I add later?
It can, and it should be. Tell us what you are planning, a generator next year or a pool heater after that, and we will size the line to carry the future load as well. Oversizing the line during the first installation costs far less than opening walls and yards a second time.
What is the difference between natural gas and propane line work?
The two fuels arrive differently and run at different pressures. Natural gas comes from the street meter, while propane comes from a tank on your property. The piping work is similar, but sizing, regulators and connections differ, and a crew that works with both fuels every day will plan the system correctly from the start.
